Clear blue digital ovulation test

So I’m a little confused & need some guidance. AF ended on Thursday the 8th...AF was different since it was short & the flow was only two days of regular bleeding while the four other days just spotting. Anyways, I tested on Saturday with clear blue ovulation test & it was low fertility but today Sunday 11th (CD9) I got a high fertility blinking smiley face. My question is, can I ovulate this soon??? Usually I get the blinking smiley face for three days & then I hit my peak....I’m confused since I’ve never gotten a high fertility short after ending AF.
