make sure you drink lots of water and stop if you get cramps or feel sick. otherwise I don't see an issue with it. it might get a little hard to keep playing once you hit the third trimester (the belly is really a blocker, I thought I would get so much more done than I am at 38wks) but then again I know people who still jogged up until labor! lol

It's a great way to stay active during pregnancy! Just be aware of your body's signals to slow down. Enjoy!

Weird concern, for me, would actually be my ankles. Lateral movement when your joints are kind of loose. So be careful about quick change of directions. I’m basing this off rolling my ankles too many times to count and a few sprains when I played tennis in high school/college.
