TTC and Pre-Seed

I’m ttc for more than 2 years, I’m 34 years, I take prenatal multivitamin, a gynecologist told me I had some inflammation endometrial and micro-polyp in July 2017 and I toke treatment but I don’t know if it was treated or not. Now I want to try this lubricant “Pre-seed”, my discharges are normal I’m not dry, but one friend tell me it works to get pregnant, I need your advice please.
