Sick while pregnant

So I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I’ve had such a bad chest cold for about a week now. Sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, flemmy cough but no fever. The last two days Ive had bad diarrhea too. The pharmacist said I just have to let it run its course, but I’m not really getting any better 😕 I cannot keep taking time off to work too and I’m just feeling so shitty and I’m probably spreading it around my work... I need advice how Can I heal? 😢 should I just go into the doctors anyway??
