Anyone else experiencing an end on their chest?

I've never had issues with acne in life, now my chest has lots of bumps at 10w4d... If you do, any suggestions on safe products to use ??

I've broken out really bad on my chest, shoulders, and back. A little on my face. I use an organic vegan green tea soap from Whole Foods that has helped me a lot!
