What does possibly means?

So at my 20+3 wks anatomy scan we told the technician to write the gender in an envelop. At our gender reveal we found out it's a baby girl. But after reveal when i saw the envelope she wrote 'POSSIBLY GIRL'. During the scan she asked me to shake my belly several times because baby wasn't moving and she couldn't see some parts properly. On my reports it is written 'fetal restricted lie'. So I am a bit confused now if she was sure about it or what!

From a tech: sometimes it doesn’t matter how old the baby is if the position is not on the correct axis which is what “restricted fetal lie” means. She probably was 90% sure but we are always more hesitant to call a girl than a boy. She was also likely trying to cover her butt since she was put on the spot having to write something down instead of discuss it with you. It’s always harder on paper to convey what you’re seeing than it would be to show and tell someone in person.

It’s a “possible girl” because the ultrasound cannot with 100% certainty claim a male or female, hence she can only write possible girl.
