PLEASE HELP!!!!!! AM I PREGNANT??

Hi, so I wrote something the other day but im still concerned. So basically on Tuesday I got my period on my placebo week (i take the combination Junel Fe birth control pill) & my bleeding is always very light & brown but i still have enough constant bleeding to need a tampon. That lasted until Friday but I had very very light spotting on Friday. Then it stopped. On Sunday & Monday I began to spot again (super super light) & not enough to need a tampon. I have also had HORRIBLE painful cramps on both sides right below my rib cages and near my belly button. Like so so painful. & my lower/middle back is sore. I am just very concerned that I am pregnant😭 The only thing though is that this whole month the latest I’ve taken my birth control is 4 hours late, & my boyfriend wears condoms & pulls out, so the sex has not been unprotected. On the day I took my pill four hours late we did have sex with a condom & it ended up falling off so we stopped before he could cum. Do you guys think I’m pregnant.
