High risk pregnancy after loss!

I just wanted to post because I feel like no one in my life really understands. Everyone tells me to stop worrying that everything will be fine. Ive been pregnant four times my first was a beautiful healthy baby boy. Then I had a MC then a stillborn. My current pregnancy started out as twins and we lost one at 10 weeks. As if a pregnancy After loss is not hard enough my surviving baby girl has been diagnosed with a birth defect called gastroschisis. I worry every day! And I just wish someone understood I’m so sick of being told to relax everything will be fine I feel like it’s an insult to be told to stop worrying like my feelings aren’t justified....idk tough day I guess 😔
