pregnant with period?

so I missed my February period and didn't think much of it since I had a very heavy January period.. now March I got my period but it's very light... felt hungier than normal, super tired...so I took a test and it's positive.. but I always thought you never got your period if you're pregnant.. so I went online as everyone says not to do.. lol and found alot of bad things that scared me. I have a doctor's appointment but I can't help but worry until then.. has anyone else had a period with a positive test?

also I had pre eclampsia with my last pregnancy, is it likely to happen again? I know these are questions for my doctor but Im nervous right now.
