Do I have a right to be upset?

My SO lives 45 minuets away from me. We had plans to meet up so I drove all the way in the snow to see him which I was okay with cause he said he didn’t have a car...

Well I show up to his place. There’s a car sitting in his driveway and he wants to go do errands in my car :/

We only did the stuff he wanted to do and go to the stores he wanted to go.

He said he would take me bowling and that it would be on him but because he spent so much time at these stores, we couldn’t go bowling which was something I wanted to do.

He didn’t even pay for my lunch going out that far yesterday.

I’m starting to think this relationship is one sided and it’s making me upset.

I don’t know how to handle this or what to say to him. It just feels like he doesn’t love me that’s why he’s not putting any effort into this relationship.
