I am being paranoid?!

I have my first scan in 2 days and I'm petrified that they won't see the heart beat., if something was wrong would I know now? I'm 12 weeks and 1 days. Thanks

I completely understand, I'm 12 weeks, next scan in a week and I barely even feel pregnant anymore!!! It's perfectly normal to feel worried but chances of missed miscarriage are super slim and though it does happen it's rare.

I was afraid the baby wouldn't have a brain. Everything was fine and I wasted a lot of time worrying.

I'm worried too. I have my first one in 10 days and I'll be 9 weeks and 1 day on that day. I get soo scared they won't find a baby or a heart beat. It's so hard not to worry 😕
