any other moms been thru this

Okay moms sorry for the long post but I am seeing if anyone else been thru this an what has happen an if the baby was fine ! Okay I am suppose to be 31 weeks as of today , so I just got back from my Dr appointment the Dr read me my results from my sugar test an it was 137 one point off so it makes me border line , well she measures my stomach an it measures 35 weeks ahead, well she said it could be from border line or it maybe the baby I go back in two weeks for a sonogram to see , okay my thing is I can see being a week or 2 a head but being four weeks ahead it has to be due to th3 baby an they have my due date wrong or the measurements on the sonogram ain't right ? Or is it I'm just panicking an it could be from the sugar test? This my forth baby an my first being border line but I don't crave sweets I laid off the sweets I drink orange juice an sodas an water , I got my sugar test done at 26 weeks an I was measuring ahead as well but not lik3 this I do feel as he has drop down an I will include the pics I took yesterday!
