Salam ladies Ramadan is around the corner I'm about 6weeks Preg with my 1st baby can I fast or not? . .. My mom is telling me not to

My doctor told me that it's up to me, if I can then it's ok to fast but if the fasting will effect me and baby's health then I should not.. And that Allah has given pregnant women an exception to fast later after delivery. I am feeling not good these days and my husband is not letting me to fast this time. So If I was unable to fast, I won't and will complete my Ramadan fasts after my delivery IA..

It is ok to fast..as long as you dont fear for the baby...My friend is fasting and she is doing fine Alhamdulillah

Walikumsalam sister, I've heard some scholars say you can fast and some scholars say you can't fast. I think it may be your own choice and what you feel comfortable doing.
