Dermatology question

Random question but has/does anyone else ever get these tiny little bumps under their skin that are filled with clear fluid? Sometimes they itch a little, other times not. I used to get them more as a kid and seem to have outgrown it for the most part. They used to spring up on the palms of my hands and in between my fingers, and on the sides of my feet (mostly inside) and between my toes. I haven’t had them in forever but woke up this morning to a few on the inside of one of my feet. I’ve never seen a dermatologist for them because they never really bothered me enough to do so. Anyone? Is it a form of eczema?
