Rash/acne on baby's chin
So my son has quite a bit of baby acne on his cheeks, which I know is normal, but his chin is outrageous. I clean his face every single day with a warm, wet washcloth. But his skin has gotten really bad. It's cleaned up in the photo, but his chin usually has some crusty yellow patches along with the redness and acne. Is this something to be concerned about? How do I fix this? It looks so uncomfortable.
