Too early to test??? 11dpo❓❓❓

So I had sex twice during my fertile window, once a few days before ovulation, then another time the day before ovulation. My partner ejaculated inside of me multiple times. Anyway, I’ve been having strange stuff happen...there have been a couple times where I got nauseous after eating stuff, dull cramping, back pain etc. I currently have an active yeast infection that I’m being treated for and I’m taking some type of antacid for stomach/digestive issues. I am also 11dpo, with af due in two days. Is it too early to test and could my symptoms be caused by my yeast infection and/or antacids??? ❓❓❓
