Menstruationpain 7 days before af?

i have 2 Children. and got 2 mc last year. now i feel so much the whole period. i am now 2 days from af and the whole week i have hade swollen belly. my stomic is up side down.. 🖓feel sick in the morning. and a lot of cervical Fluid... 7 days before af... is this normal? sorry about the spelling. not so Good att english.
