Does anyone know what this means?

1. Does anyone know what a normal uterus size is? I got my ultrasound two days ago and I should be around 4 weeks pregnant. This was mine- 7.0 x 5.2 x 3.7

2. About my endometrium- “Heterogeneous thickening of the endometrial stripe complex of the level of the fundus, where it measures 16mm thick.

3. What does cul-de-sac mean? My paper says “Trace free fluid in the cul-de-sac”

My hCG levels are going up and are currently at 402 & id only be 4 weeks. Does my ultrasound say anything that screams “pregnancy”
