Help please ! I need Advice !

So i took a pregnancy test on March 5th which came out positive. (the picture below)

The only reason i even took the test was because i was on CD 40 and i had been EXTREMELY constipated(sorry tmi) for the last couple of days i thought that it was going to be negative because i wasn’t concerned about being late because my LMP had been 80 days long and i had to take Provera to jump start it so i thought maybe it’s going to be really late again. So after that test i took another one the next day with my FMU and again positive

I made an appointment with my OB for March 14th because according to my LMP i would be 6 weeks 6days on that day. So i went to my appointment and they did an ultrasound vaginaly and they didnt find anything. The tech said she didn’t see the pregnancy and then we spoke with the doctor who told us that it could be either too early to see or possibly an ectopic but he wanted to do blood work to see what my numbers are at. The next day i received the results from my doctor which he said were low (hcg 1501) and to go in today March 16th for blood work again to see if the numbers go up. So my question is has anyone been through this or anything like this i don’t get my other results until Monday which i feel like the wait is going to be an eternity.
