I was certain I was pregnant even though I take my birth control pills religiously on time and every day I haven't missed a period but I've been having many early pregnancy symptoms and feeling very sick lately. To be honest I'm very happy to hear I am not. When should I take the second one to be sure of the result? I just took this about an hour ago when I first woke up

These are very accurate and morning sickness usually doesn’t start in most women until 6-8 weeks. 
Take another one in a week to be sure but BC also causes pregnancy symptoms because it’s tricking your body into thinking it’s pregnant (progesterone and estrogen depending on which BC you use) and it usually prevents your body from ovulating. I think you’re okay
