Please an someone tell me what this is

First day of bleeding

So I am day 6 of heroin withdrawals been puking can’t keep food down and have muscle and body aches, headaches anyway my period came 10 days early been sleeping with guys one used a condominium the others pulled out and one came in me. This was about 3 weeks ago had sex with the guy who came in me the other day had sex two days ago. So period cake 10 days early usually its every month on the dot maybe It could be also cause my body is out of wack. First day only had about 2 dots on the toilet paper when I wiped, next day had some blood was a little heavier, day after didn’t bleed at all the then the next day I had this( pics will be in comments) and today have no bleeding. Was wonderinf what this could do?
