Supposed Glow

So I am 8 almost 9 weeks... have been feeling awful for weeks now.... I am just curious where all the happy glowing pregnant women come from because right now I feel so bad I look like a crackhead instead!!!!! Please tell me this gets better because I am having a hard time seeing the light at the end of this tunnel.
