Sex tips?

So, I’ve been dating this guy for a year and I’m crazy about him but for some reason our sex drives never sync up. Its so good to start, but then It falls apart: he tries using his fingers but over rubs, or Im not flexible enough for positions, or he doesn’t enjoy certain things I like (doggy style, reverse cow girl etc), or I’m just not open enough bc we took too long to get into it (since he always wants oral first 🙄).

Basically, its been foooorever and I love him, but I swear weve never finished inside eachother in all the times we’ve had sex. I neeeeeeeeed tips here or confirmation someone else gets this...
