First I love you’s?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for a little over three months. We don’t say I love you because he says he isn’t ready and I honestly don’t really mind. But I know I love him and he said that he wants to be sure he means it when he says it. He says he just enjoys my presence. He says I’m different than his other girlfriends and I’m the only girlfriend his parents have actually liked. His parents treat me like I’m their own daughter. But I’m not mad he doesn’t say that, I’m just lost.

Has anybody else had a S/O like this. How long did it take to exchange the ILYs?
