Idk what’s going on. Please please help me.

i’ve been “sick” for about 2 and a half weeks now. I’m saying “sick” because in the beginning, i wasn’t really sick, but i had, and still do have, a really bad cough, where i’d just suddenly start coughing for no reason out of nowhere. These coughing fits would late about 5-10 seconds before stopping. After the first week, I thought something was wrong and my mom took me to UrgentCare. The doctor said that i have a sinus infection and prescribed me Prednisone. I take Lamictal (Lamotrigine) for my seizures also. I was diagnosed with Myoclonic epilepsy in December of 2017, and have been on medication since about Christmas. Anyway, today i was feeling extremely unusual. I started to have really bad back pain, i didn’t really think anything of it, so as usual, i just put IcyHot on it. After about 10 minutes, the pain came back and that’s when I started to question it. My mom came home from work at 10;30pm, and we hugged each other, as she was hugging me my back and arms were so sore. she helped me put More IcyHot around my shoulders and back, that did no justice. So i’m laying down in bed, and my nose starts to run suddenly, which is unusual because my nose rarely ever runs. I woke up and went to go touch my face, and realized that my whole neck was swollen. Idk what the hell it is, but it hurts like a bitch and, the pain seems to be spreading to the lower parts of my arms, back of my neck, and my jaw and cheeks and my chest. I’m really worried. i’m going to urgent care again tomorrow. but the pain seems to be spreading really fast. and i know this seems silly, but i’m afraid to fall asleep because i think, if it gets worse overnight, i may not be able to wake up the next morning, my body is THAT sore and stiff. someone help me and explain what could be wrong.
