Should I be with him?

So I really like this guy, well I think I do. In the pay time that I have liked him and that we have talked he has had 2 girlfriends. He told me that he broke up with them because he wanted to be with me. He always asks me out but I always say no. I really don’t know how to feel because even tho I know I shouldn’t I’m still attached to my ex well low key. Then again I just want to have friends with benefits but I’m still virgin and never have made out so idk. This fuckboy has me crazy. Any advice?
