Pregnant with rainbow baby threatened miscarriage

We had a miscarriage in November due to a blighted ovum and the remaining baby had turners syndrome we found out from testing. I named her Gwendolyn Paige. I am currently pregnant with our rainbow baby but have been diagnosed with a threatened abortion. I hate that word. Tomorrow I’ve been bleeding for a week. It takes about 2 days to fill a pad. No tissue passing and only a few clots. My hcg levels rose from 152 to 452 to the 500 range in the last 2 weeks I go back tomorrow for more levels to be drawn. I’m extremely uneasy after our recent miscarriage. I also think I passed the save tonight as I couldn’t tear it apart easily something my doctor mentioned. No pink or grey tissue. My last miscarriage I had to have a d and c as I didn’t pass her own my own so I don’t know what to expect or know what’s going on with me.
