Period Question
Hi ladies! I was wondering do you consider spotting your first period day or do you wait until there is a flow? I mark on the calendar only when it really gets heavy and maybe I'm messing up my ovulation days etc. can someone let me know what is correct? Thanks and baby dust!!✨✨✨
