Having my first period since coming off the depo in August 2017. Having been on it for 7 years with no periods I’d forgotten that sneezing is not a very good option on day 2! Also trying out new reusable towels which are making me nervous, even though every time I check they are fine!! Hopefully this is a sign my body is getting back to normal!
