heart broken

we were together for 2,5years and it was THE relationship, we both knew we are meant for each other and we saw future together. month ago he changed so badly and last week he told me that hes not into relationship anymore, like he doesn't have a will to be in it amymore,two days later he deleted all of our pics. it hurts so so so bad because i knew he was the one.

what could happen to him to feel that way? we had fights before but we made it. how can someone do that? need advice im so lost
