How do you deal with abstinence in your relationship??

How and when to you tell the guy your dating your saving yourself for marriage?? Should this be established 1st date or as you progress???

I would say maybe around the 3rd to 5th date.  Once you know it’s starting to progress.  If it comes up in conversation before that than you follow that cue.  My friend did this after she was saved and every guy was respectful of her choice.  The nice thing is that it helps to weed out the guys that are superficial and not there to get to know you. definitely first date. come straight out and tell the guy. it’s only fair for him if he knows so he wouldn’t try to make any moves. plus you’ll know if he’s a keeper if he respects that

first date always. you ask him what is his stance on sex, and physical intimacy. when does he consider it ok to share such a an intimate act, before or after marriage. if hes like "um" and thinking of things to say he might be thinking of something to say that pleases you. watch his behavior and actions because a wise woman never goes off of a mans word alone. pay close attention. if his actions dont match what hes telling you, dont be afraid to walk away!

I would say not first date. although you definitely want to make sure you guys are on the same page when it gets serious, the first date is a little much. I'd say when you are officially boyfriend and girlfriend, then talk about it! Cuz then there is already some established trust and he may be more open to having a longer talk to discuss why it's important to you
