Has God ever shown you a sign of his love in times of turmoil?

Question

No matter how silly it may seem I want to hear.
This may seem insignificant and not a sign to you, but for me it was this. My mother said God can make problems/things disappear if he wants and he can make things appear without leaving a trace. And then she asked me do you believe God can do anything? I said yes as I cried hoping he will make my problem disappear.
Shortly after I went inside and grabbed the checks out of this candy dish and went to put the lid back on and it was gone, I searched my whole counter (and I keep my counter very clean and almost empty, so it's not like it's cluttered) and it was just gone out of thin air?! I hunted, puzzled I paced, it couldn't have fallen, it would have shattered on the tile. I look down so confused, look up and it's there now on the counter, plain as day. I saw this as a sign that God has got me in the midst of my turmoil. He knows my heart.

for me it was back in 2008. i remember like it was yesterday. i felt lost and alone and there he was giving me many of signs that he was and always has been with me. i just couldnt recognise it. nor could i understand it.

Recently we experienced this. We have had a hard time financially for a year now. My husband used to be in the car business but at the beginning of the year was offered a job as a martial arts instructor which is his dream job for a bit more than he was making. We were still struggling to get by, barely making bills, a month behind on some. I vented to a childhood friend I met at my Christian school growing up that it feels like God had turned his back on us, maybe for not being as faithful since my childhood pastor left our church for his old church and she reminded me that He never turns his back. Little did I know, by husband was feeling the same. Later that night he gets a call from a co-worker, his boss's sister that she's outside and wants to talk. He goes out and comes back very serious. He has a bag of food and an envelope full of cash. We counted it and couldn't believe it. The amount was what we needed to pad our account and catch up on bills. It was almost a month's salary for him and she had called it a "small amount ". We both fell to our knees sobbing and thanking God. Reminded me to never question Him!

I recently started going to a very different Christian church. From how my boyfriend explained it to me it's like a warrior Christian church... and it's in Spanish, which I don't speak and don't understand much of, but they do have a translator every time I go.  When I started going I got a very special message from a messenger of God before I struggled a lot with depression and anxiety, but since then I've never felt better. Well, when I told my mom she was less than pleased and really made me feel bad about going to church. Thank the Lord for my boyfriend because he reminded me of that message  and told me not to let anyone take away that gift. So I cried a little and prayed for God to soften her heart. A few days later she comes to me and asks if I can get her a Bible because she had this dream that this was something she needs to do. That if she doesn't she's at a risk of losing me.  When she told me that I just knew that it was God softening her heart and I thanked him. Her Bible is now on the way and I cannot wait for her to start her journey!

I’m from a military family, so we moved a lot. I wasn’t good at making friends but I had my dog. I got her when I was little so we grew up together. When she was 14 she got really really sick and we had to put her down. It ruined me. It was the hardest time in my entire life. I wanted to die. Then my parents found a puppy and it changed my whole life. We had the same birthday and that’s how I knew it was meant to be. I couldn’t be more happy than I am now. That little girl is my whole world. It may not seem like much but i feel like it was a work of god.

God not only was faithful, but He made himself real through prognosis of my son in the early 10weeks into pregnancy. I'm grateful for this struggle, because I learned so much about Faith, Hope, Trust in God who made Himself known to me the best way He knew how to get my relationship with Him more solid. God is currently with us in the midst of our 2nd bundle of joy. my son btw, is perfectly made in God's image. Happy, healthy and full of God's blessings to our lives! This time around, I've decided to put faith in Him and not do any further genetic testings besides wanting to know DS and gender (I'd like to plan out the nursery). I want to enjoy this pregnancy and and leave care in God's hands, He knows best.

My mom committed suicide August 2014; the night before I was out late with my friend, my mom had texted me asking what time I’d be home, told her around 12:15 am, when I got home it was 12:15 on the dot, I walked in the house walked to the hallway and turned on the hallway light, continued to my room and turned on the light, went back to turn off the hallway light and my mom was just standing there watching me (I felt something was off but didn’t think too much into it, I was tired) I told her I was tired and going to bed, she walked away without saying anything and I went to bed... 4 in the morning my stepdad woke up and was yelling, and banging on my door to tell me what happened.. it was a very devastating Saturday to say the least, later that night I was going to lay in bed, I went to turn on my bedroom lamp and it turned on and blew out, the first thing I thought of was my mom the night before when I was turning off the light, I just knew it was God telling me she was okay and to go to bed.
