My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for nearly a year.

I am 10 days late for my period which is really unusual. I am usually never more than a few days late. A week is the longest I have ever been. I don't have any of the normal symptoms of a period. Instead I have weird symptoms, I'm exhausted, just the thought of vinegar makes me sick. I've been having slight cramps/pelvic pain for the last 5 days or so but nothing compared to period cramps. Just more annoying than anything. I'm thinking in the next few days of taking a pregnancy test but I'm afraid. I don't want to be let down . I've taken a pregnancy test at a week late before and it came back negative and then got my period the day after. Any positive thoughts or comments are very welcome. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
