Another post on my ovulation story... I'm sorry to be annoying guys! I just have so many questions!

OK so took ovulation tests today (cd 12) and they finally were dark today! So I had sex - before today it's been yesterday & before that every other day..

Well the one I just took before sex wasn't nearly as dark as the first two!! Does that mean the surge is over? How soon do you usually ovulate after a surge? These are first response tests.

I'm just so lost and confused as this is my first month actually ovulating since being diagnosed with pcos and starting metformin!

Any advice would be really appreciated!
