Dress dying??

Question

Does anyone know if it’s possible and where I would be able to get a dress dyed?? I have my cousins old prom dress that I want to wear for my prom and I like everything but the color!! Pls comment if you know anything that would help!! Thanks!!!

Depending on the fabric, you can use Rit Dye. You would have to go for a darker color though since it's already pretty dark.

Go to Walmart on their craft Aisle. they will have the RIT dye and that should work just fine. I would also buy one of those plastic clear $5 storage bins with lids- you do not want to use that black dye in your bathtub or sink
