Spotting after ovulation?

Question!! Yesterday was my ovulation day - we did the BD yesterday, the day before, and two days before that and two days before that. Yesterday after BD I had slight cramping in my lower abdomen, and I’ve had slight light pink spotting all day today. I know it would be way too soon for implantation bleeding but is this normal? What could it mean?
