Mhmmm?

Hello girls!

My period was 12 days late, I took 2 pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. After the 12 days I got my period but it wasn’t the same as my previous periods this time for all 7 days I had a light flow which is very weird because I’ve never had a light flow for all 7 days! (Btw I’ve always had a regular period) Now after my period was over I’ve been getting brownish discharges with a tiny bit of blood in it. This has never happened before so I just want to know what you girls think. Im sure I’m not pregnant because the 2 tests came back negative and I don’t have any symptoms but I just want to know if this is normal? Should I check in with my doctor? Has this happened to you before?
