Yogurt?

My daughter is turning 9 months on Friday, and I want to start her on yogurt in the mornings. Any recommendations on which yogurt to get? I see those yogurts in the baby aisle or the other ones like YoBaby, but not sure which, if any of those, are good options. Any suggestions?

They have alottttt of sugar so keep that in mind. and orobiatocs are shown to possible hurt guts in children so stick to a natural bramd as low in sugar, but not low fat, and no probiatocs added.

The ones in the baby aisle aren’t refrigerated and usually do not have active probiotics so I would choose something else. 
In the yogurt aisle, any whole milk yogurt will do. Try to avoid the ones with added sugar. We went with the baby yogurt from stonyfield. We got ours from target.

Just look at the sugar content. Most fruit flavored ones are loaded with sugar

Baby yogurts are chalked full of sugar. Make sure to always read the ingredients.

We did the yobaby. My daughter liked it but had a hard time using it on time so we went w Greek zero the oikos one, works Best for us.

My son is 6 months and he loves whole milk plain Greek yogurt. We buy an organic local brand called Clover.

I never did anything baby specific and didn’t do anything with added sugar or flavors. I just got plain whole milk yogurt or plan whole milk Greek yogurt.

I would go with any Greek or Icelandic brand because it's real yogurt with high protein and low sugar.

We do yobaby.  It has less sugar than regular yogurt (I find it disgusting lol).  My daughter loves it and throws a fit when she sees the little cup.
