mabye you can help

I am officially 6 days late for AF. I have PCOS and for the last 3 months AF was consistent, and on the 14th she was suppose to come. she didn't so the next day I took a test. and I thought I saw a vvfl, posted it on here and some other ladies said they saw it too, how ever i kept testing and im sure they are negative. Do you think there still is a chance that I could be pregnant and it's not showing up on a hot? I've been havin light cramping, sore breast, a headace for two days now, and extream fatigue
