For those looking to get a kick start

So originally I was due March 10th ... I ended up have my little girl February 23

I have seen a few asking how to get some progress well idk if it’ll help but here’s what worked for me

Friday 36.6 I had no dilation not effaced at all .. Wednesday 37.4 I noticed decreased fetal movement I became considered even tho this was my second baby , but with my first this happened and I had him two days later lol so I went it was showing contractions but not feeling them I was still 0 dilated .. so I went home relaxed ate some pineapple drank my raspberry leaf tea Thursday 37.5 came I finally decided to start walking to get my body ready , mind you this was the first walk I had actually gone on in a long time .. are a little more pineapple even boiled the skin and drank it and my leaf tea .. at 8pm my 5 year old wanted to dance before bed I said okay because why not ( I had high doubts I’d go into labor...LMAO ) I went to sleep at 930ish maybe later and then I woke up at 1134pm feeling crampy I went pee still felt crampy noticed they were consistent so I tracked them 25-50 seconds every 3-5 mins , I never fell back asleep even tho I tried my fiancé asked if I wanted to go in I said no I had my check up at 1130 am so I went to my check up and sure enough I was 3 cm dilated! I went home to eat as instructed then she sent me in to get monitored ... my water broke at 545 and I had horrible back / labour contractions that were doubled and eventually had my baby at 1018pm .

So basically pineapple and dancing and one walk did the trick ..just like it did with my first , just started contractions a lot sooner than expected
