Unexpected BFP ❤️

I got my Mirena IUD out at the beginning of November and was kind of concerned that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant again from what I read about others losing their fertility because of it. We weren't trying but weren't being very careful either. Every month I'd get a negative and be sure that I wasn't able to get pregnant again. Until today! My fiancé and I have a one and a half year old son so this is not ideal but I cannot wait to have this little one join our family ❤️❤️
