tmi ladies but what is thiz

I got off nexplnon 9 months ago my periods come every 2 and a half months my last period was January 14 what is this ??? i had this today is this ovulation or what but if it is ouvlation why I'm ouvlating when ain't another period,I had something like this 3 weeks ago but its followed by bad watery discharge like feel like I peed my,self but what is this any ladies,have this also I'm new to this
