Our donor is open to doing two inseminations this cycle. If it were you, would you do two days in a row or have a skip day in between? Lots of love to you all on your ttc journey!

We did two days in a row with 24hrs in between.

Definitely take all you can get. Sperm quality is NOT affected at all! We did our inseminations 2 days in a row and got pregnant.

Skip a day for the sake of sperm quality. Pay attention to change in cervical mucus/ progression of OPKs so you can do the first insemination two days before peak OPK and the 2nd the on peak day Rj five swimmers a chance to get there first!
