I don’t know about you ladies, but I was quite surprised by the after pregnancy healing! I, naively, just assumed that you give birth, extremely painful, some bleeding for a while and that’s the end of it. OH NOOOOO!! People who tell you about having a baby leave out the aftermath details! The cramping in your uterus as it shrinks, the pain down below that somehow seems to get worse, before it gets better! And don’t even get me started on having to use the toilet 🙈🙈 so, here’s a shout out to all us new mums. We are absolutely champion ..... pains, blood and all! 😂😂😂
