Mucus Plug / 28 weeks pregnant

Ladies I’m kind of freaking out right now. I was at risk pre-term labor at 20 weeks pregnant due to cervix being short. They prescribed progesterone suppositories and I’ve been with them for almost a month I always take them at night (10 or 11 pm). Yet the discharge I was having from the progesterone it was creamy and white. Last night I was having some contractions very painful I was even crying from the pain they were for about an hour like 5-7 minutes apart. Yet I didn’t freak out because my baby was moving ok, so I took some Tylenol. Today, I had some, but it was like 4 contractions in an hour so I didn’t freak out until I went to the bathroom not even an hour ago (10:20 pm) (also, I haven’t take my progesterone suppository today) and saw a huge mucus plug in my pantie liner. It was so elastic and it was a lot of it. I never had it before. I wiped 5 times and 5 times the toilet paper was full of it. No blood or pink color. Just the ivory mucus plug. That was like 30 minutes ago, I took a shower, and 5 minutes ago I sat down in the toilet and I’m still having the mucus plug discharge. Now I started to have a huge urge to poop, I tried and no poop was coming out so I gave up and came to bed. Please I’m kind of freaking out. I tried to call my doctor but she wasn’t in the hospital so the put another doctor in the phone that I didn’t like at all because he couldn’t speak English very well, neither Spanish, he wasn’t speaking loud enough for me to hear or clear enough, he wasn’t speaking at all!!! And he seemed distracted, all he was replying to me was: mmmmmmmm just drink two water bottles. And that was it. Please I need some advice. Should I go to the hospital or no? Should I wait or not? I don’t know!!!!
