implantation bleeding late?

I can't get a really good picture but it's a light pinky color in person but looks more red pictures but I'm not supposed to start till the 21st and yesterday I had some tiny baby pink spotting then tonight/this morning I have this, I know implantation can go from spots to a little more than spots. but I have been having severe sore breasts which I never have to where I can't touch my nipple area and left side cramp pain and always tired. but IDK if this could be implantation or not. opinions and advice would be much appreciated
