So heartbroken

So yesterday I had to have my laparoscopic surgery and hysteroscopy and die test... I found out I have damaged Fallopian tubes 😢 torn and holes all over them... which gives me a low 35% to a possible50% chance conceiving naturally.... if I do conceive I become high risk pregnancy incase of an ectopic pregnancy 😢 so heartbroken.... 4 years tryin to conceive and now I now know why 💔
