Could this be it ?
Woke up at 1 am with mild cramps when I went pee and wiped had some spotting went back to bed woke up again at 3 cramps got worse as did spotting went back to bed woke up at to contractions and a little bit of blood .. could I be in labor ? I am going to start timing contractions now. I’m 40 + 4
