Not trying

This month we haven't really been trying as it's too much pressure, we are having regular sex but I have no clue when I ovulated as I had egg white CM the day after my period then had really stringy egg white CM the day after my fertile week!!

Been drinking alcohol every now and then but

THE CRAMPS OH DEAR LORD THE CRAMPS I've been cramping so bad since last week, every other day!

And sore boobs!

What can I do to stop the cramping and why am I cramping? I'm always convinced my period is coming!
