Need some advice

So me and my best friend are both pregnant at the same time but this isn't her first pregnancy and all her others have ended in miscarriages I just learned today because she's hurting again that her ob doesn't know she has had miscarriages before I don't know what I should do I don't want to lose my best friend this baby and her fiancé are the only reasons she's still alive am right now her fiancé is in the hospital after having a seizure and his family won't tell use anything does anyone have any advice on what I can do to help her
